Tell Me The Basics:
Hometown: Originally from Cleveland, Ohio USA. Grew up in Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's former Garden Valley Estates. Graduated from East Technical High School in 1979. Moved to Chicago in 1990. I've been here in ChiTown every since.
Age and Status: I'm 61 years old, single (divorced since 2000), have two grown children and 3 siblings (all sisters). Both of my parents are late (as they say in Nigeria).
Interesting Fact About Me: I'm two days older than President Barack Obama. We're both born in the same month and year.
How Do I Spend My Free Time?
Nollywood Movies: I'm a huge fan of Nollywood Love, Romance and Drama Movies. I watch them on YouTube Premium. Often the sound is horrible in certain parts of the movie. But I just turn on captions (sub titles) and keep watching. Currently bingeing Sandra Okunzuwa movies. This is my absolute favorite past time.

What Type Of Music Do I Listen To?
Afrobeats Music: This playlist above is outdated like over 10 months ago. Still, these were some of my songs I liked earlier in 2022. I listen mainly to Afrobeats music via Pandora Premium.
Favorite Nigerian Songstress: That would be none other than Teni The Entertainer. Here's one of my favorite songs - FOR YOU - by Teni featuring Afrobeats megastar Davido. See video below.
Favorite Musician: Jonathan Butler (South Africa). At 61 I am "old school" so I like mostly older stuff from Jonathan Butler. For instance, this song "NO WOMAN NO CRY" from the below video (just audio, no video stream) is one of the reasons I love his music.
Here's Why Jonathan Butler is My Favorite Musician: So, you are likely not that impressed since No Woman No Cry is a cover done by many performers. I can understand that. But check this performance of "AFRIKA" out below and you'll get a much better idea of why he is my favorite musician:
Where Do I Like To Go For Entertainment?
Immersive In-Person Experiences: Big fan of Lighthouse ArtSpace Chicago. Especially the Immersive Van Gogh exhibit. Saw King Tut and I wasn't that impressed as I was with Van Gogh. I actually bought the Date Night VIP package (private Balcony Seating, Champagne, Roses, etc) so far in advance of the event I completely forgot and failed to secure a date. Here are some snaps:
