Right now I am keeping occupied with three exciting projects, including:
What's this? An ultra-modern, concept building designed by a Nigerian (Yoruba) Architect. This rendering represents Phase 1 of a multi-phase commercial, residential and industrial real estate development project.

The Problem: Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands often use Social Media, Text Messaging and Email to communicate after shoppers make a purchase online. Very few follow-up with a direct mailer sent via the US Mail, overlooking an important opportunity to connect one-to-one with current customers.
The Solution: PersonalizedNewspaper.com enables DTC brands to create, publish, print and mail a personalized direct mail piece - formatted as a newspaper - using pre-designed templates in our online website similar to Canva.com.
DTC Brands pick a template, upload content and publish. Newspapers are then printed and mailed. When newspapers are received, customers experience an unexpected “mail moment” allowing them to view personalized promotional offers, scan QR codes, and view the brands products in augmented reality using a mobile device.
What's this? An Online Training Cohort for BIPOC and Underserved startups to develop a Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) online brand / E-Commerce Online Store (USA).
Entrepreneurs E-Commerce Academy Cohort is a FREE offering with no strings attached, no sales funnel, recruitment scheme or upsell offers. Attendees do not have to be BIPOC to enroll and participate in the cohort.
